Bosch Automotive Service Solutions says the Drilling Guide System uses a good stud to center a drilling alignment guide over a broken stud. Fitting the appropriate size bushing and loosely anchoring to the good stud, technicians align the system and drill into the broken stud to bore a well-centered hole.
